Solemn (1995)

A meditative piece, solemn depicts our "systems of beliefs" by using the funnel as a metaphor of how we keep and/or let go of things. Depending on the viewer's movement of either walking left to right or right to left, each projection is of the sequential state of a hand illustrating a gesture of holding or letting go.
